Physicians miss roughly a quarter of adenomas during colonoscopy. A missed adenoma can develop into colorectal cancer. That is exactly what we're changing at MAIA Labs. ColoMAIA II is an AI assistant that shows physicians polyps on screen in real time and prepares the documentation from the procedure on its own.

What you'll do
  • Spend most of the week in the field: in endoscopy suites, with heads of department, in private gastro clinics, and with hospital management
  • Run the sale from first contact to signature: intro meetings, presentations, demos, and trial days on site
  • Train physicians and nurses, and make sure they are still working with the system a year later - we don't measure success by the signature alone
  • Deal with everyone involved in the purchase decision: heads of department, directors, procurement, and IT
  • Bring feedback from the field back to the development team - what you hear from physicians feeds into the product
  • Represent MAIA Labs at professional conferences and events
What you need
  • At least 5 years of experience in medicine, pharma, or medical device sales - ideally selling directly to physicians, hospitals, and clinics
  • Confidence dealing with physicians, heads of department, and hospital management
  • Willingness to spend most of the week travelling across Czechia, and a category B driving licence
  • Independence: you can plan your own week, territory, and open deals
  • Czech at native-speaker level
